Type of Organization
PFCD is organized and operated as a Pennsylania 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. It is a membership organization, which is governed by a board of Directors, with paid staff who handle the day to day operations.

Membership
Membership in PFCD is open to any Bradford County individual or organization whose personal interests, public responsibilities, or organizational mission is consistent with and supportive of the purpose and mission of PFCD. Membership is accomplished by committing to the Vision, Mission, and Goals and returning the signature form to the PFCD office indicating the nature and extent of interest in the work of PFCD, and how you can contribute or enhance the accomplishments of PFCD. Involvement may be through a fiscal contribution or time and resources.
