Membership in PFCD is open to any individual or organization whose personal interests, public responsibilities, and/or organizational mission is consistent with and supportive of the purpose and mission of PFCD.
Involvement in PFCD may be through fiscal contribution or in-kind contributions of time and resources on one of the working task groups.

Membership is accomplished by committing to the Vision and Mission and by returning the signed committment form to PFCD's office.
