Healthy Lifestyles Program which included six weeks of workshops based on nutrition, fitness, behavior modification and self-esteem. The intent of this program was to give families the knowledge, tools and resources to make better choices for their health. This program also offered weekly incentives. All ages were welcome and there was charge for the program.

Speaking Engagements
The Bradford-Sullivan Well Weighs Team also offered an one-hour condensed version of the Health Lifestyles program to organizations, agencies and/or businesses.
Quick Tip Cards
Quick Tip Cards were created and distributed to grocery stores, WIC sites, Physicians offices and handed out at each presentaiton.
Accomplishments
Ten Healthy Lifestyles Programs were hosted and 276 residents participated.
5,000 Quck Tip Cards were distributed throughout Bradford County in grocery stores, physician offices, and at public events / health fairs.
300 (60-second radio public service announcements) on local radio stations and nearly 600 (30-second radio public service announcements)
Articles and press releases in several local papers including The Daily Review and the Williamsport Sun Gazette.
Program on the Senior Notebook on WENY TV Channel 36
15 Condensed Health Lifestyles Programs were presented to local businesses with more than 228 employees participating.
Participated in several community events and distributed materials to more than 2,642 residents.
Published two newsletters per year reaching more than 250 residents
Provided 15 "How to County Carbs for Healthy Glucose Levels" reaching 194 residents.
Provided 6 Family Fitness Fun Nights at local school districts reaching 89 families.
Provided 2 Smart Moves programs in 5th and 6th grades in Towanda School District reaching 33 children.
Hosted Robert Sweetgall - community program reaching more than 120 residents.

At this time the Bradford-Sullivan Well Weighs Team has been working with the Towanda Area School Districts Wellness Team. Bradford-Sullivan Well Weighs Team does not have any funds at this time.
